1 - Preamble

We do our best to ensure the accuracy and updating of the elements published on this site, and we reserve the right to correct its content at any time.
However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available on this site.
2 - The order
The customer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have legal capacity or to hold a parental authorization allowing them to place an order on the site.
The customer declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before placing your order. Validation of the customer's order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
3 – Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping costs. .
The list of prices indicated on the site may be modified unilaterally without prior information.
4 - Availability
ZEEKO can accept customer orders while stocks last. In the event that the customer chooses to pay by bank check, the order will only be processed upon receipt of the check.
In the event of product unavailability after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
5 – Payment
Payment for an order can be made by payment card or check. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards. If paying by payment card, the amount of the order is debited at the time of ordering.
Payment is made by bank card: CARTE BLEU, VISA or MASTERCARD. Payments by bank card are settled via a Crédit Agricole banking server in a secure environment.
The customer's bank card number is therefore directed to the bank's servers.
The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement.
Payment by bank check is only possible for checks in euros drawn on a bank domiciled in France.The order will only be sent after the check has been cashed.

6 – Delivery
Delivery is chargeable.
After validation of the order by receipt of payment, ZEEKO undertakes to deliver to the customer for all references ordered by the buyer depending on the availability of the items ordered.
For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered in several installments to the customer. In the event that the buyer is absent during the delivery of the products, it is his responsibility to collect his goods from the address mentioned on the delivery notice.
7 – Return and right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law in force, the customer benefits from a period of seven 7 days to exercise his right withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties with the exception of return costs.
The item must be in perfect condition, returned to its original packaging, carefully packaged and sent to the following return address:

8 – Reservation of title
The goods delivered will remain the property of ZEEKO until the customer has fulfilled all his obligations towards ZEEKO, and in particular until full payment of the price, if applicable plus interest.
9 – Guarantee and liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation. ZEEKO cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered (for example in the event of a title being prohibited.). The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and hidden defects. Excluded from this guarantee are inappropriate use or storage of the product which would result in abnormal degradation and traces of normal wear and tear inherent to the use of the items.
10 – Protection of personal data
The information you communicate to us is essential for the processing and delivery of orders and the preparation of invoices and warranty contracts, their absence will result in the cancellation of your order. By registering on the site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information about yourself. In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law, the processing of your information has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
You have a permanent right of access and rectification to all data concerning you.
11 - Intellectual Property
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the Zeeko-kites sites.com are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property. Any total or partial reproduction of the ZEEKO site is strictly prohibited.
12 - Applicable law
This contract is subject to French law.
The language of this contract is French.
This contract is subject to French legislation, any dispute which has not found an amicable solution will be subject to French law before the competent court of Montpellier.
